Quotes are valid for the period stated. Fees, payment schedules, and deposits are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Late payments may pause work and incur reasonable charges. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to materials, content, approvals, and feedback needed to perform the services, and to ensure you hold the rights to any assets you supply to us.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Our services may rely on or integrate third-party platforms and tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
Warranties & Disclaimer
